Black In Gaming Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on advancing Black leadership, innovation, and opportunity in gaming.
Our mission is to connect, educate, and empower black talent in the worldwide gaming ecosystem by striving to achieve significant increases in black representation that accurately reflects the diverse participants in the industry.

Community and connectivity
We create spaces where Black talent in games can connect, learn, and be celebrated through always-on community activations on Discord and in-person experiences at major industry gatherings such as the Game Developers Conference (GDC), where we host our annual events BIG Fest and the BIG Awards, PAX West, MAGWest, Gamesbeat, and more!
